First baseman Lance Berkman homered and had 3 RBI as the Jefferson Park
Penguins defeated the Tombstone Huckleberries by the score of 5 to 4 at the
ballpark.
 
Tombstone was unable to claim the lead after Jefferson Park went ahead in the
6th inning plating an isolated run.  After an out was recorded, Mike Cameron
blasted a solo shot (his 27th of the season).  Tombstone had a chance to come
back in the 9th but they came up short.  
 
The winning pitcher was Todd Wellemeyer(3-3) who allowed 1 run in 4 and 1/3
innings. Wellemeyer got help from Akinori Otsuka who was credited with his
30th save.  The loss was charged to Roy Halladay(19-7).  He was touched for 3
homeruns in his 9 innings of work.
